The NET (National Evangelization Teams) Retreat is coming soon! Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to attend this free full day retreat on Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 9:30 to 5pm in the school building. Lunch will be provided.

The Lenten Mission advertisement on US-35 West is now active!
From Friday, February 12 through Wednesday, February 17, Emmanuel’s annual mission will be advertised on the new Gateway to Dayton billboard for westbound traffic on US-35 between the Steve Whalen and Smithville exits. Hopefully this message of Mercy will reach those who are in the most need of Christ’s love and merciful embrace!

Lenten Mission 2010
February 20-23
“What a paradise it is for a soul when the heart knows itself to be so loved by God”
(St. Faustina – Notebook VI, 1756)
Expanding on last year’s Lenten Mission at Emmanuel Parish; “The Passion of Christ: Our Response,” this year’s Lenten retreat will focus on the infinite Mercy of Christ that He has for the Church and the souls entrusted to Her.
Fr. John Larson, MIC, will lead our Mission and assist us in studying and praying through St. Faustina’s Diary, leading us all to approach the Font of Grace which is freely poured out for souls who seek the Lord and Trust in Him.
